iPad resources added and updated - Fall 2025
Great updated video tutorial on how to record with a chromebook and you won't need any outside/web-based tools to do so.
Once you have recorded, add to your G Drive and share as needed.
The settings button holds the hidden features that make this option and unlimited go to tool. You can record screen or yourself/people with the camera at the top of your screen. Your chromebook makes a great "camera man". No need for a tripod, just place the laptop in a secure spot and angle the screen to pick up what you want in viewable in your "shot". Click record.
Make a screen recording with your iPad, on your iPad from the Control Center.
POWER DOWN/TURN OFF THE IPAD. A restart every once and awhile is good for the device and everyone's sanity. ;)
Dated options... WeVideo will be available for 2025-2026. Adobe Spark is now Adobe Express and available. Canva, which is not listed.
Screencastify will only allow students to make 5 screencasts a year and it's limited in its sharing features. Will be updating soon Winter 2025
