Here is a list of AI tools along with some of their unique features to help you get an idea of what you might want to try today.

Once you select one it's time to PLAY! Think of something you could use it for to help you create new materials for your classes, create a sign for information, a presentation for a new topic, translate materials, switch a reading to a lower difficulty, etc.

NotebookLM 

• ability to upload pdf of information and create an audio file of a podcast about the information

• can also create a mind map of that same information

• excellent for giving students additional formats for learning information

Perplexity 

• AI tool that lists the sources used for the output and you are able to DEselect anything you do not wish to use

MagicSchool 

• tons of options already prepped for you to browser through the possibilities (currently 87!)

  • YouTube video question generator

  • common misconceptions

  • coach's sport practice

• also has student access where you can set up a platform for them to work where you can tell it what to allow students to access

Schoology PowerBuddy

• teacher access built into Schoology (see top of Schoology window) 

• creates many types of materials to embedd right into Schoology for student access

• also allows for a change in level and language 

• try not to "waste" creations as we have a finite allotment - edit output rather than start over

Diffit 

• specialty is changing reading level

• translates to other languages
